Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Job Summary St. Theodore Catholic Church is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Donut Sunday Coordinator to organize and oversee our monthly Donut Sunday hospitality ministry. This position helps create a welcoming environment where parishioners can gather in fellowship following Mass. This is a very part-time position averaging approximately 6 hours per month , with responsibilities centered around the monthly Donut Sunday event. Job Responsibilities Pick up donuts on the morning of the scheduled Donut Sunday. Prepare coffee and beverages for parishioners. Set up donuts, juice, coffee, paper products, and other necessary supplies. Ensure the hospitality area is clean, organized, and ready for parishioners. Assist with cleaning and putting away supplies at the conclusion of the event. Ensure designated church doors are unlocked and opened prior to the event and secured afterward. Monitor supplies and communicate when additional items are needed. Work cooperatively with parish staff and volunteers. Perform other duties related to the Donut Sunday ministry as assigned. Job Requirements Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a commitment to hospitality. Ability to arrive on time and complete setup and cleanup responsibilities. Comfortable interacting with parishioners of all ages. Ability to lift and carry light supplies as needed. A willingness to support the mission and ministry of St. Theodore Catholic Church. Previous hospitality or event experience is helpful but not required.
