Job Description

Position Summary:
The person in this position is responsible for high-impact storytelling, social media management, event support, and performance tracking to drive engagement and organizational growth. The position enhances the Partnership's brand presence and executes strategic communication initiatives. This position reports to the Grant Writing and Planning Director. Qualifications A. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. and B. 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role. C. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand storytelling and digital content strategy. D.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to stay current with digital trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) to support visual storytelling. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a compelling storytelling strategy that brings our brand mission to life across various platforms.
  • Author high-quality written and visual content for blogs, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring a narrative-driven approach.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, authentic voice.
  • Identify and interview key stakeholders, clients, or team members to uncover and share impactful stories that resonate with our audience.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring they tell a cohesive brand story. Social Media & Digital Strategy
  • Manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Create monthly social media calendars and execute daily postings that prioritize engagement through storytelling.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights. Special Conditions or Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation: required to travel to attend meetings, activities and programs; valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Must have an approved criminal background check.
  • Must be able and willing to schedule work in a flexible manner, including some evenings and weekends.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
