Job Summary Spinous Chiropractic Center is looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us grow our practice and become the leading chiropractic clinic in Southern New Mexico. Responsibilities Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Capture photos and videos of patient success stories, events, and the clinic. Build partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, schools, and local businesses. Plan and attend community events and health fairs. Manage Google Business Profile and help generate patient reviews. Assist with email and text marketing campaigns. Track marketing performance and report key metrics. Work closely with the doctor and front desk team to increase qualified new patients. Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, or social media. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content. Experience with Canva and basic video editing is preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about health and wellness. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Performance bonuses based on results. Paid training.
