This person runs the visual pipeline for 4-5 property shoots a week, turns those assets into listing packages and social content, and uses AI tools to produce more, faster, without sacrificing quality. This is a hands-on creative role inside a small, fast-moving firm. The firm is moving into a new office and expanding its agent team significantly over the next year, and marketing is central to that growth. What you'll own Photo and video pipeline Edit listing photos, drone footage, and short video in Lightroom, Photoshop, or comparable tools, or manage outsourced editors and hold them to a consistent standard Coordinate with our photography vendors on scheduling, shot lists, Matterport tours, and delivery Maintain an organized, searchable asset library so every listing's photos, floor plans, and tours are easy to find and reuse Content creation Produce listing packages, offering memorandum layouts, flyers, email blasts, and property one-pagers from brand templates Write property descriptions, market updates, and captions that are clear, accurate, and sound like TAP CRE Create short-form video and graphics for listings, closings, and agent spotlights Social media and brand Plan and run the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Post consistently, track what performs, and adjust Keep the brand consistent across every touchpoint: website, signage, email, print, and social AI-driven workflow Use AI tools for first drafts, image cleanup, video captioning, and content repurposing, then apply real editorial judgment to the output Build prompts, templates, and workflows that let one person do the work of a small team Stay current on new tools and bring the ones that actually help Who does well here A portfolio that shows you can make property or product content look good, whether it's real estate, architecture, hospitality, or something else visual Solid photo editing skills, or proven experience managing editors and reviewing their work critically Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI features, or similar) and already using them in your work Strong writer with an eye for what's worth saying and what isn't Organized enough to run a weekly content calendar and a 4-5 shoot-per-week pipeline without dropping things

Details Pay:
$24-28/hour, 20-25 hours/week to start, with a path to full-time ($50,000-$58,000) based on performance and business growth, plus performance bonuses
