The Opportunity We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, vendors, events, social media, marketing materials, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate execution of marketing calendar and campaigns

Create, schedule, and publish social media content

Maintain website content and coordinate vendor updates

Coordinate sponsorships, donations, trade shows and events

Process marketing invoices and track expenses

Maintain project and photo library

Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager to prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and requested materials

Manage the online company store and employee marketing requests

Maintain marketing SOPs, templates, and document organization Who We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field

Experience with marketing software, such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative

Proficient in MS Office applications with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Local to York, Pennsylvania (preferable) but with regular travel to other offices, customer facilities, jobsites and yard locations for offsite meetings (flexibility to work from home when appropriate).

A "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
