Job Description

Patton Creative Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring marketing campaigns to life for a client in the logistics and route-based business space. You'll get hands-on experience with content creation, campaign support, and the day-to-day details that keep a marketing team running smoothly. This is a great fit if you're early in your marketing career and want to build your skills in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. Team up with the Sr. Marketing Manager and broader team to align marketing strategy with business goals Create and edit content that sounds like our client's brand, not a template Help execute campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and website updates Keep content calendars, timelines, and deliverables from falling through the cracks Track how campaigns are performing and help figure out what's working Lend a hand with on-site event coordination and day-of execution Be the reliable teammate who follows through on the details Knowledge / Skills 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or something adjacent Comfortable navigating social platforms and content tools (Canva is your friend) Some familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) Core Competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team setting Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry Additional Details Based at our Brentwood, TN headquarters 4-5 days per week, with occasional work-from-home flexibility once you're fully ramped up Flexible time-off policy Employer-sponsored health insurance plans offered To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily.
