Position Summary Under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor, the Marketing Coordinator role establishes and maintains excellent relationships with referring providers, patients, and the community on behalf of Proliance Surgeons Puget Sound ENT and Lake Washington Facial Plastic Surgery. Supporting the ENT and facial plastics service line, this role requires strong communication, social networking, and content creation skills. They are responsible for managing business partnerships with referral sources and executing marketing tasks on behalf of the clinic. Schedule Monday
  • Friday 8am
  • 5pm, weekends as needed
  • This is a hybrid role with a minimum 2 days per week on-site, rotating across assigned clinic locations in Issaquah, Bellevue, Seattle and Edmonds.
Key Duties and Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Referral Outreach Responsibilities:
Educate patients, referring providers and other referral sources on the services and amenities provided at the hiring clinic and/or surgery center Travel the surrounding clinic or surgery center geographic area to perform referring clinic drop-ins, schedule meetings and develop contacts and referral sources Obtain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's markets including key referral sources and patients Identify opportunities for partnering and growth Maintain contact with referring clinics by phone and email Report clinical outreach efforts to practice administrator and physicians Build brand awareness throughout the community; attend and participate in community events Survey referral sources to identify procedural issues that inhibit referrals
Marketing Responsibilities:
Work with providers to create an effective marketing plan that will assist in the growth of their practice Compose annual marketing plan and budget Create and implement print and digital advertising campaigns Assist in the creation of print advertisements Design, order and distribute marketing materials on behalf of the practice Regularly create and post engaging content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, including on-site photography, short-form video, and provider and staff features Capture and edit video content for use across digital platforms, websites, and campaigns Work with videography team to create compelling and informative videos Develop and distribute internal newsletters on behalf of the practice Develop blog posts, patient-facing communications, press releases, and website content, coordinating with the marketing team to support timely implementation of updates Monitor and manage the practice's SEO campaign alongside digital marketing agency Manage the practice's online reputation on Google, Healthgrades, Vitals, Yelp and other review sites Analyze patient satisfaction scores through internal survey platform; take action as needed Facilitate development, design and ongoing maintenance of the website Collaborate closely with the Proliance marketing team
Administrative and Employee Engagement Responsibilities:
Order uniforms, name tags and badges for employees Manage philanthropic giving and sponsorships Assist administrator in other duties as requested Education/Experience High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of marketing, sales or account development experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff. Computer savvy Superior oral and written communication skills Must be able to organize work and establish procedures Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language Must be skilled in computer/keyboard functions Adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA) Self-motivated; able to work independently Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools
  • preferred Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • preferred Video capture and editing skills
  • preferred Work Environment/Physical Demands This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site, rotating across assigned clinic locations.
