About the Role Advanced CareTech (ACT) is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support our growing marketing, communications, branding, and digital content needs. This position is ideal for a versatile creative professional who can take a project from concept to completion—whether that means designing a professional flyer, creating social media content, photographing a company event, filming and editing video, or supporting an internal communications campaign. The Marketing & Creative Coordinator will collaborate with ACT leadership and departments throughout the organization to develop polished, engaging, and brand-consistent content that supports ACT's business objectives and communications strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Design flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, social media graphics, promotional materials, training materials, event materials, and other branded content.
- Create and manage engaging content for ACT's social media platforms.
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and basic engagement monitoring.
- Photograph and film company events, products, team members, meetings, training sessions, and other corporate activities.
- Edit photography and both short-form and long-form video content.
- Develop content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, events, and company initiatives.
- Create professional internal communications, including employee announcements, reminders, notices, company updates, and training materials.
- Repurpose existing photo, video, and marketing content for multiple platforms.
- Maintain consistency with ACT's branding, logos, templates, typography, imagery, and visual standards.
- Organize and maintain ACT's creative files, photography, videos, graphics, marketing materials, and other digital assets.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines while communicating project status, revisions, and potential delays.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal departments to understand project objectives, audiences, deadlines, and required deliverables. The position includes responsibility for content development, social media, photography, videography, events, promotions, brand management, and creative asset organization. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Experience with photography and photo editing.
- Experience with videography and video editing.
- Knowledge of social media content creation, scheduling, and digital marketing.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A strong sense of design, composition, and visual presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to independently capture and produce professional-quality photo and video content. A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, videography, social media, and/or corporate communications work is strongly preferred. - Social media management platforms Candidates should be comfortable learning and adapting to ACT's approved technology and creative tools. Work Location & Schedule This is a hybrid position based in San Antonio, Texas, and the employee must reside in the San Antonio area. The standard schedule is
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
In-person attendance will be required as needed for photography, videography, company events, meetings, training, and other creative or business activities. Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required for events, special projects, or other business needs. We're looking for someone who is more than just a graphic designer. The right candidate is a well-rounded creative professional, who can design, shoot, edit, organize, communicate, and bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. You should be comfortable balancing creativity with professionalism, maintaining brand standards, working under deadlines, and taking ownership of your projects from initial request through final delivery.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
