Position Overview Healing Grounds Wellness Center is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help expand our impact within the community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about connecting people with quality mental health services and sharing our mission through meaningful marketing and community engagement. Our focus is on reaching individuals and families who can benefit from our services, increasing awareness of our workshops and events, and building strong relationships throughout the community. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client referrals and community awareness. Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, mission-driven content. Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Promote workshops, support groups, community events, and special initiatives. Assist with website updates, blogs, and marketing materials. Build relationships with schools, churches, healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations. Identify outreach opportunities that align with our mission and values. Track marketing performance and recommend strategies for continued growth. Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media management, Canva, email marketing, and content creation. Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects. Passion for mental health, community outreach, and holistic wellness. Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related experience or education preferred.
