Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Marketing Professional to coordinate logistics for our participation in industry events and trade shows. In this role, you'll ensure our brand's presence is impactful and organized, serving as the main liaison for sales reps and handling all event-related communication and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for associates attending events.
  • Coordinate logistics (research, purchasing, shipping, inventory, and communication across teams).
  • Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure clear communication between marketing and sales about event plans.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve future events.
  • Track events attended, costs, and key takeaways.
  • Oversee association memberships and renewals.
Training:
Comprehensive, hands-on training on products and event processes will be provided.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Team player with a positive, creative attitude Willingness to travel occasionally
