Summit National Home Services Mishawaka, INFull-Time About the Role Summit National Home Services is looking for an organized, energetic, and marketing-minded Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position combining office administration, customer communication, scheduling, and hands-on marketing support. You'll help keep our day-to-day operations organized while also helping build the Summit National brand across social media and our local market. What You'll Do Office & Scheduling Answer incoming calls, texts, and customer inquiries Schedule estimates, inspections, appointments, and project-related visits Manage and organize calendars for our sales and production teams Follow up with new leads quickly and professionally Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate scheduling changes Keep customer information and lead statuses updated in our CRM Assist with basic office organization and administrative tasks Help ensure no lead, customer request, or follow-up falls through the cracks Marketing & Brand Support Help manage Summit National's social media accounts Create and schedule engaging social media content Take photos and videos of projects, team members, completed work, and behind-the-scenes activity Be comfortable occasionally appearing on camera for company content Help create simple graphics, posts, flyers, and other marketing materials Request and follow up on customer reviews Help maintain consistent branding across our different Summit National service divisions Assist with email and text marketing campaigns Help track where leads are coming from and organize basic marketing reports Work directly with ownership on new marketing ideas and campaigns What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and dependable Friendly and confident on the phone Comfortable communicating with homeowners Comfortable using social media for business Creative and willing to contribute new ideas Able to take initiative without needing constant direction Detail-oriented and good at keeping track of multiple priorities Comfortable learning new software and systems Willing to occasionally get out of the office to capture project content Interested in growing into a larger marketing role as the company expands Previous experience in marketing, social media, customer service, office administration, scheduling, or home services is a plus. A bachelor's degree is NOT required. We care much more about ability, attitude, organization, creativity, and willingness to learn. Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus, but not required for this position. Training and opportunities to learn additional digital marketing skills will be available. Who Will Do Well Here This probably isn't the right position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and wait to be told what to do. The right person will see something that needs done and handle it. They'll be comfortable calling a lead, scheduling an appointment, posting a project on social media, helping create a marketing campaign, and jumping into whatever needs attention that day. We're building Summit National into a recognizable home services brand, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth rather than simply fill an administrative position. Compensation Competitive starting salary based on experience.
