Job Description:
Function of Position:
This position reports to the Manager of Campus Events. The Part-time Campus Events Office and Weekend Assistant supports daily operations of the Campus Events Office and/or weekend event supervision. The Part-time Campus Events Assistant is expected to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks as assigned by the Director, Manager, and Coordinator II. •This is a part-time, temporary position September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027•
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
Physical event support (minor tasks) Staff reception area of office: Phone support, managing key and equipment sign-out, filing, Astra input Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the
Manager, Director, and Coordinator II MCC Expectations:
