Job Summary We are a growing, patient-focused orthodontic practice seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator & Marketing Coordinator . This unique role combines patient consultation, treatment acceptance, customer service, and community outreach to help create exceptional patient experiences while supporting the continued growth of our practice. As our Patient Experience Coordinator & Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between our patients, families, referring offices, and community partners. You will guide new patients through the consultation process, help them understand the value of orthodontic treatment, and ensure they feel confident moving forward with care. In addition, you will support the practice's growth through marketing initiatives, referral-building activities, patient engagement, and community outreach. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and creative marketing efforts. Patient Experience Coordinator Welcome and guide new patients and families through the consultation process. Build trust and establish strong relationships with patients and parents. Present treatment recommendations alongside the orthodontist. Discuss financial options and assist patients with scheduling treatment starts. Maintain communication with patients throughout their treatment journey. Monitor pending treatment and follow-up opportunities. Coordinate with referring offices and maintain professional relationships. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience at every patient interaction. Marketing & Community Outreach Develop and maintain the practice marketing calendar. Build relationships with referring dental offices and community partners. Coordinate patient appreciation events, referral campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. Assist with social media content, patient testimonials, and practice promotions. Organize and promote in-office and external marketing events. Track marketing activities and referral sources to measure effectiveness. Act as an ambassador for the practice within the community. Required Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and patient concerns. Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of personalities. Strong customer service mindset. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Preferred Qualifications Orthodontic or dental experience preferred, however not required Patient Experience Coordinator experience strongly preferred, however not required Marketing, public relations, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred. Experience with social media and community outreach initiatives. Fluent Korean-speaking candidates strongly preferred. Experience with orthodontic software systems is a plus.
