This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and attorneys, while supporting clients throughout the transaction process to ensure smooth and successful closings. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly motivated, and skilled in both sales and relationship management. Responsibilities Generate new business through proactive outreach to real estate agents, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and other industry professionals Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships to grow a consistent book of business Execute strategic marketing initiatives using social media, email campaigns, networking, and cold calling Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups Act as a liaison between clients and internal escrow/title teams to facilitate seamless closings Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and expand connections Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies Meet or exceed sales goals through effective territory and account management Provide ongoing education and support to clients through training sessions and presentations Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, title, or escrow services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools Knowledge of title insurance, escrow processes, and real estate transactions preferred Existing book of business or industry network is a plus Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory Key Competencies Relationship building and client retention Strategic thinking and problem-solving Time management and organizational skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Professionalism and team collaboration •
