F45 Studio Lead Maitland

Position Summary The Member Success Coach is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-studio experience that drives member satisfaction, retention, and community engagement. This role combines high-level coaching with operational ownership, ensuring every member interaction, class experience, and studio standard reflects the brand at the highest level. This individual serves as both a leader on the floor and a driver of member experience , supporting coach development, maintaining facility standards, and strengthening the overall culture of the studio.

Responsibilities:

Coaching & Class Delivery (Primary Function) Coach a minimum of 10+ classes per week Deliver high-energy, safe, and effective training sessions aligned with programming standards Provide personalized attention, corrections, and motivation to members Build relationships with members to increase engagement, retention, and referrals Member Experience & Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for member experience and satisfaction Proactively connect with members before, during, and after classes Gather, track, and communicate member feedback to leadership Support onboarding of new members to ensure a strong first impression Assist in planning and executing community-building events Coach Development & Standards Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to coaching staff Help ensure all coaches are meeting brand and class delivery standards Lead by example in professionalism, energy, and member interaction Studio Operations & Facility Standards Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation are consistently maintained Complete assigned operational tasks during designated non-coaching hours Identify and communicate maintenance or operational issues proactively Support management with day-to-day studio needs as required

Schedule & Time Commitment Coaching Requirement:

Minimum of 10 classes per week

Additional Hours:

10-15 hours per week of approved operational/administrative time Additional hours are scheduled in coordination with management during prime time hours and focused on member experience, facility upkeep, and team support Experience/Requirements Certified Personal Training (CPT) or

Group Fitness Certification CPR and AED Certified Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$17.00 - $35.00 per hour
