Position Overview Summit Properties USA is seeking a part-time Property Marketing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day marketing presence of Anderson Mall. The Property Marketing Coordinator serves as the on-site extension of Summit Properties USA's Marketing Department, helping bring corporate marketing strategy to life at the property level. This role supports social media, content creation, events, tenant marketing, community engagement, property presentation, leasing initiatives, reputation management and portfolio-wide campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, developing events, building relationships and taking ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution. The successful candidate will work closely with Summit's Marketing Director, corporate Marketing Department, property General Manager, tenants and community partners. Location & Schedule This is a 100% on-site position based at Anderson Mall in Anderson, SC. This is not a remote or hybrid position. The position is approximately 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on property needs, events and campaigns. Employees must work a minimum of three days per week on-site and maintain regular weekday hours that overlap with Summit's corporate Marketing Department. Some evening and weekend availability is required for events, with event hours generally incorporated into the regular weekly schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the property's social media presence, including original photo and video content, Reels, Stories, page updates, community engagement and reputation management
- Develop, promote and execute property events and community activations while supporting Summit's portfolio-wide monthly campaigns
- Build relationships with tenants, community organizations, schools, local businesses, vendors and other partners
- Support tenants through promotional content, store features, campaigns, events and new store opening coverage
- Maintain a strong property marketing presence, including signage, seasonal presentation, campaign materials and vacant storefront merchandising
- Support Leasing by capturing quality photos and videos of available spaces and maintaining current property marketing assets
- Work closely with the General Manager and corporate Marketing Department to identify priorities and opportunities
- Track social media, event, campaign and other marketing performance and provide regular updates
- Work with marketing interns assigned to the property, when applicable
- Support additional property and portfolio marketing initiatives as business needs evolve Role Expectations
- Create approximately 3-4 quality Reels per week
- Develop and execute a minimum of two locally driven events per month
- Execute a minimum of one Summit campaign or activation per month
- Maintain consistent oversight of social comments, messages, reviews, Stories and other property digital channels
- Maintain flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Event Management or a related field preferred
- Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, events, communications, retail, hospitality or a related field preferred
- Experience creating social media content and short-form video
- Comfortable filming and editing content
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva and other digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships with tenants, vendors and community organizations
- Creative, proactive and able to identify opportunities independently
- Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation and brand consistency
- Ability to follow established processes and consistently follow through on responsibilities

Pay:
