Job Summary:
Curated Events, a premier event rental company, is seeking a Brand Ambassador and Marketing Support team member. You will be the face of our brand—the first impression for clients, vendors, and guests. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-service driven, highly organized, and passionate about events, marketing, and hospitality. You'll provide front-facing reception support, assist with event coordination and special projects, and play a key role in marketing and sales initiatives. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone looking to grow their experience across multiple departments in a fast-paced and creative industry. From hosting showroom tours to helping create viral social media content, no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, setting the tone for a welcoming and professional environment. Manage the reception desk during scheduled shifts. Schedule client tours and assist with walk-in visitors. Handle incoming sales calls as a backup to the Event Consultant team, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
Maintain the showroom:
water plants, tidy displays, dust delicate items, remove trash, and light candles (daily task checklist provided).
Event Coordination and Special Project Support:
Assist the DOS and other team members with marketing event planning and day-of support as needed. Facilitate and coordinate showroom "flips" and resets with new product offerings and collection launches. Work on special projects alongside the Marketing team to enhance brand presence and client experience. Help prepare materials for open houses, partner events, and promotional activations.
Business Development & Marketing:
Assist with building and maintaining contact lists, CRM entry, and client gifting efforts. Support creation and distribution of email campaigns, newsletters, and printed marketing materials. Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and identify sales opportunities. Respond to inquiries, answer calls, and distribute marketing materials to prospective clients.
Social Media Responsibilities:
Experience with Canva, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms a plus. Capture behind-the-scenes content and event highlights for use on social platforms. Assist the Marketing team in curating and posting content in alignment with the brand's voice and aesthetic. Monitor engagement and provide feedback on trends, popular content, or audience interaction. Help manage social media calendars and contribute creative ideas for reels, stories, and posts. Respond to direct messages and comments according to all brand standards of tone, voice and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing role Highly organized with great attention to detail. Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Basic familiarity with social media tools and content creation apps. A proactive team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move showroom items as needed.
