Salon Receptionist & Social Media Marketer We are seeking a friendly, organized, and creative individual to join our hair salon team as a Receptionist & Social Media Marketer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client bookings, providing excellent customer service, and creating engaging social media content to promote our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and handle check-in/check-out processes. Book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly. Manage and update social media platforms daily with fresh and engaging content. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase salon visibility and attract new clients. Create and post original content including photos, videos, and promotional offers. Respond to online reviews and feedback professionally and promptly. Assist in day-to-day salon operations and support the team as needed. Use computer software to manage bookings, client information, and marketing analytics. Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk environment.
