Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that advance Frontier Health's organizational priorities, including support for Frontier Health Foundation fundraising efforts. This role contributes to organizational visibility, brand consistency, and community engagement across service lines and regions. Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations, the Marketing Coordinator assists in implementing marketing strategies through coordinated campaigns, content development, and performance tracking. The position ensures marketing activities are aligned with established brand standards and organizational messaging. In collaboration with Foundation leadership, the Marketing Coordinator supports the development of donor-centered content and storytelling that highlights organizational impact and strengthens community awareness and philanthropic engagement. The role also monitors digital and social media trends to support effective audience growth and engagement.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.Experience:
One to three years' experience in marketing, communications, or digital content development required; experience with storytelling, CRM systems, and navigated multi-program organizations is a plus.Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Abode Premier, Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, & TikTok), and Hootsuite. Applicant must have a valid US drivers license and able to lift 50 pounds.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Frontier Health Marketing Coordination, Execution & Evaluation (50% of time) Assist in analyzing internal and external data to identify priority audiences, engagement trends, and growth opportunities Support development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and strategic direction from the Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations Develop and manage campaign timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and support timely project delivery across departments Plan, manage, and execute Frontier Health and Frontier Health Foundation social media content across platforms, with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and brand consistency Maintain and implement a proactive social media content calendar aligned with organizational priorities Assist in execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, recruitment marketing, and community outreach channels Ensure marketing materials and communications align with established brand standards and approved messaging frameworks Collaborate with internal departments to gather content and promote unified messaging across programs and regions Support development of measurable objectives for campaigns and initiatives Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness 2. Frontier Health Foundation Collaboration & Donor Storytelling (50% of time) Collaborate with Frontier Health Foundation leadership to support marketing initiatives aligned with fundraising priorities Assist in implementation of integrated fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and capital initiatives Identify and gather impact stories from programs, clinicians, and community partners (with appropriate consent and compliance safeguards) Develop donor-centered content that highlights program outcomes and organizational impact Create and distribute storytelling content across social media platforms , email marketing, print materials, and campaign collateral Coordinate timely promotion of Foundation events, stewardship communications, and donor engagement efforts Track engagement metrics related to fundraising communications and prepare reporting to support donor outreach and retention effortsPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
