We are looking for a dynamic, highly engaging individual to become the official "face" of our brand, grow our online community, and help drive our marketing initiatives. The Role We are seeking a Brand Ambassador & Marketing Coordinator who is equally comfortable in front of a camera and behind a marketing campaign. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the Unknown Comics community. You will create engaging, face-to-camera content, manage our Discord and community groups, and execute marketing strategies to promote our website drops and live commerce events. If you are a pop-culture enthusiast who knows how to build hype, foster digital communities, and turn casual viewers into loyal superfans, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing Brand Ambassador & Content Creation:

Serve as the on-camera face and voice of Unknown Comics across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. Produce a healthy mix of content: community-driven (answering fan questions, talking about comic news), product-driven (hyping up exclusive variant drops), and company-driven (behind-the-scenes at the warehouse or events). Bring high energy, authenticity, and geek-culture passion to every video.

Community Building & Management:

Take ownership of the Unknown Comics community spaces, specifically leading the launch and growth of our Discord server and Facebook Groups. Foster a positive, highly engaged culture by hosting community events (e.g., trivia nights, live Q&As, "show off your collection" threads). Interact directly with fans, answer questions, moderate discussions, and build relationships with our most loyal customers.

Marketing & Campaign Support:

Collaborate to build and execute organic marketing posts that drive traffic directly to our Shopify website and upcoming live commerce streams (Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live). Write compelling, action-driven copy for social media posts, community announcements, and email newsletters. Track the performance of social content and community growth, using data to figure out what our audience wants to see next.

What We're Looking For Camera-Ready Personality:

You must be highly comfortable, articulate, and energetic on camera. You know how to hook an audience's attention in the first three seconds of a video.

Community-Obsessed:

Proven experience participating in, managing, or growing digital communities (Discord experience is a massive plus).

Marketing Mindset:

You understand the difference between a video made just for "likes" and a marketing post designed to drive actual sales to a website or live stream.

Pop Culture Passion:

A genuine, deep-rooted love for comic books, collecting, and pop culture. You need to be able to speak the language of our fans authentically.

Self-Starter:
