As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and promoting innovative marketing solutions. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help you build lasting relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Pay:
From $30,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and technical sales support. Utilize CRM software such as builder to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales prospects efficiently. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that benefit both the customer and the company. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, especially in media sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities. Familiarity with CRM software like builder or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines. Experience in door-to-door sales or direct community outreach is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a competitive environment.
