Marketing Representative

Job Overview We helped our last 2 telemarketers become licensed insurance reps and now have an insurance career! You could be next! We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will cold call prospective clients to gain their permission to run insurance quotes. Successful telemarketers can transition to licensed insurance agents with great career and income opportunities! Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients. Transfer interested prospects to licensed agents. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines Develop rapport with potential customers through effective communication, active listening, and negotiation skills Maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering excellent customer service throughout each interaction Be honest and genuinely try to help people Help add to the Five Star Reviews that Mickey Scott Insurance has! Be a great teammate and work effectively with the rest of the MSI team! Qualifications No experience necessary, we will train.
