This role helps create a smooth, organized, and welcoming experience for customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage monthly class and event schedules. Coordinate private parties, guest events, and special classes. Teach classes and support classroom instructors. Prepare, stock, clean, and secure the classroom before and after events. Promote classes through store, website, social media, and marketing channels. Communicate with instructors, store staff, management, and marketing partners. Assist with classroom records, sign-ins, receipts, certificates, and other administrative tasks. Support retail operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience coordinating classes, events, schedules, or similar programs preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to lead, train, support, and communicate effectively with instructors and team members. Comfortable teaching classes and engaging with customers in a professional, positive manner. Knowledge of classroom setup, preparation, cleanup, tools, materials, and safety or sanitation expectations. Basic marketing or promotional experience, including social media, newsletters, flyers, or in-store promotions. Ability to follow company policies, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records. Flexible availability to support classroom, event, and store needs.
Pay and Benefits:
