Austin, TX — In Person About the Role Magic Plumbing ATX is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our commercial, new construction, and residential divisions throughout the Austin area. This position is a combination of business development, relationship building, outside sales, marketing, and lead generation. We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the Austin market, meeting people, developing relationships, following up on opportunities, and helping turn those relationships into long term customers. Compensation will depend on experience, but this is also a performance driven position. The better you perform and the more value you bring to the company, the more opportunity there will be for increased compensation, raises, and growth within the role. What You'll Help Sell Commercial Plumbing Restaurants, hotels, gyms, bars, coffee shops, retail properties, multifamily properties, property management groups, and other commercial facilities. New Construction & Remodels New construction plumbing, commercial tenant finish-outs, remodels, rough-ins, and other construction opportunities. Residential Plumbing Service and repair, water heaters, replacements, plumbing upgrades, and other residential service opportunities. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for helping develop new business while continuing to build relationships with existing and prospective customers. This can include visiting businesses and properties, networking, cold outreach, following up with leads, attending industry events, helping develop marketing campaigns, and identifying new opportunities throughout Austin. You'll work with our operations and plumbing teams to understand what customers need and help connect those needs with the services we provide. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position . There will be office and marketing responsibilities, but we want someone who enjoys getting out, meeting people, and building relationships. Experience That Would Be a Big Plus Austin connections are a major plus. If you already know property managers, commercial property owners, realtors, general contractors, restaurant/bar owners, developers, facility managers, or other business owners in the Austin area, we'd love to talk to you. Experience with Google SEO, Google Business Profile, digital marketing, social media, or online lead generation is also a strong plus. Plumbing experience is another major plus, but it is NOT required. If you're currently a plumber, service technician, apprentice, or someone with plumbing industry experience who is looking for an opportunity to get out of the field and transition into a sales/marketing and office-focused role, this could be a great opportunity. Having actual field experience can be extremely valuable when talking with customers, understanding their problems, walking properties, and helping sell plumbing services. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is naturally good with people and isn't afraid to start conversations. You should be comfortable walking into a business, introducing yourself, picking up the phone, attending networking events, and following up consistently. You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional sales background. We're more interested in finding someone who is personable, motivated, organized, confident, and hungry to grow . Existing relationships within the Austin business or real-estate community are a huge advantage. Compensation & Growth $50,000-$100,000 per year , depending on experience and performance. We want this to be a position someone can grow into. Compensation can increase as you demonstrate your ability to generate business, develop accounts, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall growth of Magic Plumbing ATX. We're open to discussing additional performance-based compensation and future raises based on results.
