Position Summary:

The brand ambassador sales associate is responsible for educating our diverse guests and helping them discover what would work best for their medicinal or recreational needs. This role involves interacting face to face in store with a number of individuals and driving brand awareness and loyalty. We work tirelessly to ensure that not only our guests are happy with the products they purchase from us, but that our team members can proudly stand behind them as well. We see and hear amazing testimonies and life-changing differences from our guests because of our products every day. Our goal is to diminish the stigma within the industry, promote professionalism, and knowledge. Customer service is always our top priority! As our Texas based close knit company is expanding we do a lot of growth and development from within.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets:

Assist in generating leads and increasing sales by promoting the brand's products during consultations. Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives. Tracking store and personal data metrics to increase profitability. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.

Brand Representation:

Act as the face of the brand, embodying its values and image in all interactions. Effectively present and promote our hemp derived products to guests highlighting their unique features and medicinal benefits.

Training and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and inhouse education

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with customers, clients, and industry professionals. Answer questions and provide expert knowledge about the brands and its products.

Reporting and Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback. Charting daily performances and goals. Prepare and submit regular reports on activities, outcomes, and potential opportunities.

Event Planning and Participation:

Organize and execute in store events, chamber events, vendor events, festivals or mixers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Must be 21+

Experience:

Previous 2 years experience in sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.

Personality:

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about the brand and its products. Self motivated.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Team player comradery mindset. Confident and compassionate about helping others in need. Why Join Us?

Compensation:

The Retail Sales Associate role at CBD Pros USA earns a competitive wage of $16 to $22 per hour

• Part Time (10-30 hours): $12
