Haltom City, TX Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Proposal writing Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's business development and marketing efforts, with a primary focus on managing and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), interview presentations, and other pursuit-related materials. This role plays a critical part in helping the company win new work by producing compelling, organized, and high-quality proposal submissions and presentations. In addition to pursuit support, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with ongoing marketing initiatives including social media management, website updates, CRM administration, event coordination, branding consistency, and business development support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Proposal & Pursuit Coordination (60%) Prepare and coordinate the production of proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and related marketing materials Review RFP/RFQ requirements and develop compliance matrices, schedules, and submission checklists Coordinate with operations, preconstruction, project management, and executive teams to gather content and project information Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, project sheets, boilerplate content, and marketing collateral Coordinate printing, binding, packaging, and electronic submission of proposal documents Assist in preparing interview teams through presentation development, rehearsals, and logistics coordination Track proposal activity, outcomes, and pursuit metrics Marketing & Communications (20%) Assist with company social media platforms and content development Maintain and update company website content, project profiles, and news announcements Support implementation and maintenance of company branding standards across all materials Coordinate photography, project highlights, and marketing content creation Assist with internal and external communications materials Business Development Support (10%) Maintain CRM database including contacts, pursuits, opportunities, and client activity Support business development initiatives through research, outreach coordination, and event preparation Coordinate client appreciation events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities Help track market opportunities, bid calendars, and industry events Administrative & General Marketing Support (10%) Organize and maintain digital marketing files and project archives Assist with promotional materials, branded merchandise, and collateral inventory Support special projects and strategic marketing initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field preferred 2+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or related experience preferred Experience in the construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial real estate industry strongly preferred Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) Familiarity with CRM platforms and website content management systems preferred Professional communication and interpersonal skills Photography skills is a bonus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan / 401(k)
