intern Citizens of the Internet is looking for a Brand Development Intern to join our creative team. This is a hands-on opportunity to help grow a Houston-based creative studio by building relationships with local businesses, planning community events, and supporting real marketing campaigns.

Compensation:

Unpaid internship (portfolio-building opportunity)

Houston, TX Commitment:

5-8 hours/week, September through December What You'll Do Research local businesses, founders, and organizations that align with Citizens of the Internet. Reach out to brands regarding sponsorships, collaborations, and partnership opportunities. Assist with planning community events, photoshoots, and creative experiences. Help organize outreach pipelines, contact lists, and follow-up communication. Brainstorm creative ways brands can integrate into our campaigns and events. Collaborate with our creative team on campaign planning and execution. Who You Are Passionate about entrepreneurship, branding, and community building. Comfortable talking to people and building professional relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up on conversations. Interested in startups, marketing, business development, or event planning. Based in Houston and available to attend select in-person productions. Perks Hands-on experience helping build partnerships for a growing creative company. Experience with sponsorship outreach, networking, and event marketing. Work directly with the founder on real business strategy. Portfolio-building opportunities through campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
