Help franchisees understand and execute Liberty Tax marketing campaigns, programs, and tools.
Support local marketing efforts, including social media, community outreach, events, partnerships, promotions, and grassroots marketing.
Assist franchisees in developing actionable local marketing plans.
Deliver hands-on training sessions (in-person and virtual) on marketing tools, platforms, and campaigns.
Follow up with franchisees to encourage execution of marketing activities.
Track participation and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Share franchisee feedback and local-market insights with the corporate teams.
Support marketing training, communications, webinars, and seasonal initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to support franchisee success. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.02 years of experience; internships and relevant college experience are necessary.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of digital, social media, and local marketing.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with business owners and providing follow-up and support.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing analytics.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical RequirementsThe position requires 50% travel with 80-90% of that taking place from December-April.
