Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and effectively promote and sell our products. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in communication and has a passion for sales. Responsibilities Initiate contact with customers through in-person interactions, email, phone, chat, social media, and other online platforms. Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits. Conduct in-person sales presentations, video calls, and consultations to showcase products and close sales. Manage and nurture leads through the sales process and track interactions in a CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Generate and submit regular sales reports detailing progress, opportunities, and challenges. Provide feedback to management based on customer insights and interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; studies in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
