Job Overview Pretty Teepees LLC is a premier luxury children's event planning company specializing in high-end teepee sleepovers, spa parties, and glamping experiences. We create magical, Instagram worthy moments for families who expect high level service. We're seeking a reliable, detail oriented Weekend Event Specialist to join our small, exceptional team. This role involves setting up and breaking down luxury children's events exclusively on weekends.
What You'll Do:
Teepee Sleepovers:
Drive company Ford Transit van to event locations Load and transport premium event materials safely Set up luxury teepee sleepovers and glamping experiences following detailed procedures Ensure every setup matches reference photos perfectly Break down events and return materials in pristine condition Spa Parties (2-hour interactive experience): Facilitate hands-on spa parties for groups of 6-16 girls Guide children through facials, foot soaks, nail painting (toes & fingers), makeup application, and craft activities Work as a team with another hostess to coordinate activities and timing Keep children engaged and entertained throughout 2-hour party Manage party flow and timing to ensure smooth experience Interact warmly and professionally with children and parentsAll Events:

Weekend availabilityREQUIRED
(Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Event times vary: Some early mornings (7-8 AM start), some evenings (until 8-9 PM) Pickup events typically start at 9:45 AM Flexible scheduling within weekend availability Hours vary by event volumeCompensation:
Base pay: $18/hourTips:
Average $10-17/hour (clients frequently tip generously) Total average earnings: $30-35/hour Direct deposit every 2 weeks Tips split among team members who worked that specific eventJob Type:
