Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Events & Marketing Coordinator to support our client engagement and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning experiences, building relationships, and contributing to marketing efforts in a hands-on environment, while gaining direct exposure to company leadership and client engagement strategy. A key focus of this position will be coordinating and maximizing client entertainment opportunities (including events sponsored by our partners) to strengthen relationships and enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage client entertainment events (sporting events, dinners, networking experiences, etc.) Collaborate with internal leadership to identify opportunities to host and engage clients Handle event logistics including invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-ups Ensure a high-quality, professional experience for all client interactions Distribute and track client satisfaction surveys regarding field team performance Compile feedback and provide insights to leadership Help identify trends and opportunities to improve client experience Manage and maintain the company's LinkedIn presence, including content creation and posting Assist with email communications and client outreach campaigns Support light marketing initiatives and special projects as directed by leadership Ensure consistent brand messaging across communications Assist with various marketing or administrative initiatives as needed Work closely with the company president and leadership team on ad hoc projects Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable coordinating events and interacting with clients Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative Experience planning corporate events or client-facing activities Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) Basic marketing or content creation experience
