Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events and maintain organized, professional event environments. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, working with a team, and contributing to successful customer-focused events. Responsibilities Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities begin. Organize event materials to ensure everything is ready for attendees. Help transport and position event materials safely. Assist with maintaining clean and organized event areas. Support event staff during customer-facing activities. Help welcome attendees and direct them to appropriate areas. Assist with distributing promotional materials and information. Help with event breakdown and organization after activities conclude. Check event materials and supplies for completeness and condition. Communicate missing materials or setup concerns to team members. Work closely with coworkers to complete setup tasks efficiently. Assist with general event activities as needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Comfortable performing hands-on and physical tasks. Able to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials as needed. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Previous experience in events, setup, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar work is a plus but not required.
