About the Role As an Event Hat Stylist , you will play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging guest experience. You'll work directly with guests to design and customize hats while representing the Wild Pony brand with professionalism and style. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, personable, and comfortable working in fast-paced event settings. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Styling Assist guests in designing and customizing hats using bands, accessories, and embellishments Provide thoughtful recommendations and suggest upgrades to enhance the overall experience Deliver a high level of customer service that reflects the Wild Pony brand Event Operations Set up and break down event stations efficiently Transport, lift, and carry event materials, inventory bins, and equipment (up to 40 lbs) Load and unload supplies from vehicles and move items between event locations as needed Maintain organization of inventory and supplies throughout each event Ensure a clean, professional, and visually appealing workspace Brand Representation Represent Wild Pony Hat Bar with a positive, polished, and engaging presence Contribute to a collaborative team environment Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Creative eye and attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative Comfortable working evenings and weekends in event settings Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Preferred:

Experience in events, retail, hospitality, or styling Familiarity with sales or upselling in a customer-facing environment

Compensation & Schedule Hourly Rate:

$10-$15/hour (based on experience) + tips
