What You Will Do As a
Marketing Coordinator:
Coordinate local marketing campaigns that align with company goals and global marketing strategies. Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, product promotions, graphics, presentations and sales materials. Contribute creative ideas, content and campaign assets that can be adapted and used across multiple countries. Support the development of global content, including technical articles, customer success stories, testimonials, product information and promotional materials. Coordinate local digital marketing activity, including email campaigns, landing pages and lead-nurturing activity. Work with local sales teams to understand campaign requirements, target customers and product priorities. Monitor campaign activity and provide regular reports on leads, engagement, pipeline and contribution and results. Support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, customer events and other local marketing activities. Gather local customer insights, competitor activity and market feedback to share with the Global Marketing Team. Ensure local marketing-generated leads are accurately recorded, assigned and tracked through Salesforce. Maintain local marketing assets, including imagery, videos, brochures, presentations and sales templates. Ensure all content and local activity follow global brand guidelines and approved messaging. Role:
Success will be measured by an individual's ability to: Deliver agreed local campaigns accurately and on time. Self-driven and highly focused, with a strong sense of initiative. Able to identify priorities, take ownership of responsibilities, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Successfully adapt global campaigns for the local market. Produce creative, engaging and brand-consistent marketing content. Contribute content and campaign ideas that can be used across global business. Generate and support a consistent flow of qualified leads and pipeline opportunities. Maintain accurate campaign and lead data within Salesforce. Provide clear reporting on campaign activity and results. Support effective follow-up between marketing and sales. Contribute useful local market insights, content and campaign ideas. An interest in technical products and the ability to communicate their benefits clearly. A basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation. Confidence using creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar platforms. Why Join Cyklop?
