You will sell practical, high-value solutions—not generic marketing packages:
- High-performing property and company websites
- Arches CRM solutions that help teams capture, track, and follow up with leads
- Digital marketing services, including paid advertising, SEO, content, lead generation, and reporting
- Integrated growth systems that connect a client's website, advertising, CRM, and sales follow-up This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, understanding a client's business problem, and earning meaningful commission for creating real revenue.
- Prospect and develop relationships with property management companies, apartment communities, real-estate groups, developers, local businesses, and related operators.
- Identify opportunities where a weak website, poor lead follow-up, disconnected CRM, outdated marketing, or lack of reporting is costing a business revenue.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand the client's goals, current systems, sales process, and growth barriers.
- Present 5th Floor Media's website, CRM, and digital-marketing solutions in a clear, consultative, business-first way.
- Explain how Arches CRM can help clients organize leads, improve follow-up, create visibility, and prevent opportunities from being lost.
- Coordinate with internal strategy, website, CRM, creative, and paid-media teams to scope the right solution.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Follow up consistently, handle objections professionally, and move qualified prospects toward a signed agreement.
- Keep clean notes, opportunity stages, next steps, and follow-up commitments in the CRM.
- Represent 5th Floor Media confidently in calls, video meetings, local networking, industry events, and client meetings when needed. What Success Looks Like
- You consistently create qualified conversations with decision-makers.
- You can explain the difference between having a website and having a website that actually generates and converts leads.
- You identify when the real issue is lead capture, follow-up, CRM organization, digital visibility, paid advertising, or sales-process friction.
- You are proactive with prospecting and follow-up instead of waiting for leads to appear.
- You build trust by listening first and recommending the right solution—not overselling services a client does not need.
- You close new website, CRM, and digital-marketing opportunities while building long-term client relationships. What We're Looking For
- Sales, business development, account executive, real-estate, property-management, SaaS, website, CRM, or digital-marketing sales experience.
- Comfortable prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with owners, operators, managers, and decision-makers.
- Ability to ask good questions, uncover business needs, and explain complex services simply.
- Organized follow-up habits and comfort working from a pipeline and CRM.
- Self-motivated, coachable, resilient, and accountable for activity and results.
- Professional, honest, and consultative—someone who wants to build long-term relationships rather than chase one-off transactions. Strongly Preferred
- Experience selling to property management, multifamily, real estate, homebuilding, hospitality, local service businesses, or B2B companies.
- Experience selling websites, software, SaaS, CRM systems, marketing services, advertising, or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with the basics of lead generation, website conversion, CRM follow-up, SEO, paid advertising, or property marketing.
- Existing relationships in real estate, property management, homebuilding, or local business.
