Job Description

Summit Talent Partners, an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, is hiring an AT&T Representative to join our team supporting residential marketing campaigns in the Falls Church area. In this role, the AT&T Representative works directly with residents in local communities to introduce AT&T's wireless and connectivity solutions, answer questions, and assist customers with enrollment and service activation. This is an in-person sales position where the AT&T Representative represents AT&T products and helps customers find the wireless plans and devices that best fit their household needs. As an AT&T Representative, you will meet with residents, explain available wireless services, guide customers through the enrollment process, and ensure each customer has a smooth onboarding experience. The AT&T Representative learns AT&T's product suite inside and out and uses that knowledge to build trust with customers while delivering a professional, helpful sales experience. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Represent AT&T during residential outreach campaigns by engaging with residents and introducing available wireless services and devices. Drive service enrollments by explaining plan options, answering questions, and assisting customers with account setup and activation. Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and account details are completed accurately. Provide product information regarding smartphones, accessories, and wireless service plans. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and campaign performance. Collaborate with fellow AT&T Representatives and leadership to meet campaign goals and maintain a high level of customer service. Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or in-person customer engagement is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain service options clearly to customers. Comfortable working in a residential outreach or in-person sales environment. Organized, motivated, and able to manage customer information and documentation accurately. Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience and professional representation of the AT&T brand.
Pay:
$48,333.72 - $58,208.35 per year
