April 17, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Virginia Beach, VA 234, USA Job Details Description Integrated Media - Virginia Beach, VA Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking a highly organized Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational, reporting, and project support for its fast-paced Integrated Media team. This role ensures seamless day-to-day execution across administrative functions, budget tracking, CRM reporting, and marketing initiatives, transforming data and processes into actionable insights that support fundraising effectiveness. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB's Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ's name to meet physical and spiritual needs. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or project coordination Working knowledge of marketing and/or fundraising principles and practices Experience generating reports from CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and databases Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools (e.g. Asana) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively Sound judgment with a high level of discretion and confidentiality Adaptable and able to perform effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with OB's nonprofit Christian mission Operation Blessing (OB) is a nonprofit humanitarian organization that provides strategic relief on an ongoing basis through core programs such as hunger relief, medical care, clean water, and disaster relief.
