As part of our Membership Team, you'll be on the front lines of the business: connecting with people, generating leads, marketing the club, and driving membership sales. Responsibilities Actively generate leads through outreach, referrals, and in-club interactions. Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the membership process. Present and sell memberships based on individual needs. Assist with marketing efforts including promotions, events, and community outreach. Follow up with leads consistently to drive conversions. Deliver a high-energy, welcoming experience to all members and guests. Work closely with management to hit individual and team goals. What We're Looking For High energy and positive attitude. Strong communication skills and confidence talking to new people. Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and lead generation. Competitive mindset with a drive to hit goals.
