Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator & Marketing Specialist TrueSmile orthodontics & esthetics
Location:
Elm Grove, WI (between Mayfair Road and Morrland Road, accross from Trader Joes, Starbucks, Target)
Employment Type:
Full-Time (Tuesday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), 1/2 day Fridays during Summer months Join Our Growing Orthodontic Team! Do you love building relationships, celebrating milestones, and helping families feel excited about their orthodontic journey? If so, we'd love to meet you. Our growing orthodontic practice is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator & Marketing Specialist who thrives in a patient-focused environment and enjoys both patient care and practice growth initiatives. What You'll Do Treatment Coordination Welcome and guide new patients and families through the consultation process Present treatment recommendations, financial options, and payment arrangements Build excitement and confidence about starting orthodontic treatment Answer questions and address concerns with warmth and professionalism Coordinate and schedule treatment starts efficiently Follow up with pending patients and help increase case acceptance Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure a seamless patient experience Marketing & Patient Experience Create memorable patient experiences and celebrate milestones and special occasions Help plan and coordinate office events, contests, and patient appreciation activities Develop and maintain relationships with referring dental offices and the community Assist with social media content and practice promotions Help implement internal marketing initiatives and patient engagement programs Represent the practice with enthusiasm and professionalism both inside and outside the office We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
