Non-exempt General Summary:
The Green Bay Gamblers Hockey Club is currently accepting applications for a Marketing and Promotions Internship for the upcoming hockey season. The internship will start in September 2026 and run through May 2027, with the potential to carry over into the season. Applicants should possess excellent people skills, be reliable and timely, be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment and be eager to work in sports. As a participant in the Gamblers internship program, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Green Bay Gamblers organization.
Job Duties:
Possess excellent communication and writing skills. Offer superior customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the internet. Social media skills are a plus. Graphic design skills are also a plus Work independently and demonstrate initiative. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize. A positive and professional attitude will be always expected.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
10 to 15 office hours per week plus occasional offsite events Assist with community relations, pre- season promotional planning, sales initiatives and occasional team store duties. Help promote the Gamblers brand at various events and locations. Assist with community events, including mascot appearances and grassroots marketing events. Be outgoing and friendly to all patrons.
