Job Description
Marketing Coordinator The Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Green Bay, Inc. Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position of Marketing Coordinator provides overall support to the Executive Director by developing and creating collateral material to support several annual campaigns, and the Catholic Foundation brand and marketing. Collateral materials may include posters, brochures, website, and weekly online newsletters; mediums will include social media, audio and video. The marketing of Foundation includes writing compelling fundraising letters, production of the annual report, grant promotion, social media and promotion of professional estate planning seminars. An ideal candidate will have a love of writing stories that share the impact the Church makes on a person's life.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelor's level degree in communication, marketing or related field of study Additional education in theology and/or religious studies helpful Three years of marketing or related professional experience with preference for hands-on development of collateral materials and mediums identified above, required, with greater experience a plus. Public speaking experience necessary Fundraising experience a plus Must be a practicing Catholic with a strong knowledge of the Catholic faith Must have valid driver's license Spanish language skills helpful Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva helpful Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills Handle multiple tasks in a timely manner according to established goals, objectives, and/or strategies Act independently and professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality Detail-oriented and flexible to change Experience in photography and video production is a plus Abilities in grant writing for community human services, education or corporate charitable settings would be helpful.
