Marketing Coordinator Strang, Inc - 3.7 Madison, WI Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Strang is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our organization and be a part of our Design Synchronicity culture. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will write, design, and deliver marketing materials and perform other marketing and business development efforts for Strang. Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and coordinate proposal and interview preparation and production Maintain files for marketing materials and create new material as needed Maintain marketing calendar Develop and manage distribution of various types of marketing deliverables including emails, social media posts, blog posts, and print materials Manage social media platforms, create content, monitor engagement and analytics, and SEO Coordinate and manage project photography Manage Constant Contact software for promotional events Order/manage business card orders and marketing materials as needed Assist in networking/tradeshow events Manage and coordinate marketing vendors, such as printing and promotional product companies What you bring to the team: Professional attitude, ownership, and passion in your work. A strong attention to detail, level of knowledge , and a desire for lifelong learning. Ability to work in a team setting with interdisciplinary collaboration . Professional degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) in lieu of 5+ years of Marketing experience including advertising, marketing communications, written media, and/or social media Marketing experience within the A/E/I (architecture, engineering, interior design) industries is highly desirable, but not required Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, WordPress, OpenAsset, and Constant Contact Experience editing and proofing documents/copy Video production experience nice to have Specialty certifications (CPSM) nice to have Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Demonstrated excellent written communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with colleagues Strong organizational and administrative abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing strategies If you are seeking a role in a collaborative and supportive work environment that aligns with your skills and aspirations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
