About the Role The Marketing Coordinator supports the firm's marketing and business development initiatives through a variety of creative, organizational, and administrative responsibilities. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team, attorneys, and administrative departments to help execute projects that enhance the firm's visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Track and coordinate corporate sponsorships, attorney and firm memberships, industry meetings, conferences, and other marketing initiatives. Proactively identify and monitor potential matters for internal and external promotion, including public relations opportunities, website updates, e-alerts, and other communications. Manage the firm's internal and external events process, including invitation preparation and distribution, mailing list and RSVP management, venue coordination, logistics, and on-site support with team members and vendors. Assist with management of the firm's social media platforms, including content creation, campaign promotion, analytics tracking and reporting, and responding to inquiries. Regularly review the firm's website and proactively recommend updates to keep content accurate, engaging, and current. Collaborate with the design team to develop and update marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, posters, and other collateral. Manage the firm's client database and mailing lists using the firm's CRM platform to support email campaigns, e-alerts, blog posts, and other communications. Ensure attorney biographies, experience lists, and other marketing credentials are accurate, up to date, and consistently formatted. Attend selected practice group meetings and document key discussion points, action items, and follow-up opportunities. What We're Looking For A degree or professional qualification with a marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, graphic design, or related component is preferred. Internships, campus leadership, freelance work, or other marketing-related experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
