Job Description
Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) will spearhead growth initiatives as the company expands into a new market. This role blends sales, strategic partnerships, and operational support to establish a strong local presence, build and maintain client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities in a high-potential territory. Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the new territory's transportation and corporate travel landscape.
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments (corporate accounts, hotels, travel agencies, event planners, high-net-worth individuals).
- Coordinate with leadership to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the territory.
- Prospect and close new accounts, with a focus on long-term corporate contracts and partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and event venues for referral business.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community business groups.
- Collaborate with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track and report KPIs such as client acquisition cost, churn rate, and average revenue per client. Qualifications
- 1+ years in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in transportation, hospitality, or corporate services).
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
- Strong local network in business, hospitality, or travel industries (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a new market environment with excellent communication skills.
- Pass a Criminal Background and DOT Drug/Alcohol Test
- Knowledge of Passenger Transportation Regulations a Plus
- Assist in driver logistics, Keep vehicles top notch condition
- Become the Ultimate Chauffeur Compensation Plan (Other options can be discussed) TBD
Base Salary:
$35,000- $40,000 annually, depending on experience Commission structure to follow depending on growth
Pay:
$35,000.00- $40,000.
