This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing and managing a high-performing catering team, and overseeing all aspects of catering sales, planning, and execution in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Catering Director or senior catering leadership role within a hotel, resort, university, or similar full-service hospitality environment Strong sales and operational skills with a demonstrated ability to drive catering revenue growth, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional event experiences across a diverse range of functions and clients Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing catering team while building and maintaining strong client relationships Responsibilities Oversee all catering operations, including sales, event planning, and execution, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and alignment with organizational brand standards across all catering functions Drive catering revenue through proactive sales efforts, strategic planning, and collaborative engagement with culinary, events, and leadership teams to maximize catering performance and growth Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing catering team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, event-driven catering environment
