Ambassador Personnel is searching for an outgoing and driven Business Development Manager to join our Birmingham team. This position offers competitive salary plus commissions, excellent benefits, and car allowance. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing new business relationships by B2B cold calling in person, by email and with daily phone calls. Excellent communication, organization and time management skills are a must. The Business Development Manager will work closely with other team members to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
