APHIX is now taking applications and resumes for a Business Developer position. APHIX now has the opportunity for you to join a top 100 landscaping company. The basic function of the Business Developer is to be responsible for creating new contract sales and enhancement sales. Business Developer will work simultaneously with the Account Manager during the process of a new contract sale to ensure that all customer relations are handled as promised during the sale process well as areas of concern during the bid process. Business Developer must have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with the public, management skills, decision-making skills, computer skills, and the ability to oversee multiple large commercial accounts. Account manager must enjoy interacting with people as clients are number one focus. Degree in horticulture or business management; or equivalent in industry experience required. Previous management experience required. Very competitive and above industry average compensation plan/salary. Responsibilities:

Manage all customer communication in a timely manner Achieve new contract sales Recommend proper horticulture procedures and property improvements Develop future sales plans for the vision and growth of APHIX Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking

Compensation:

Commissions paid quarterly and annually No ceilings on sales goals Pay range listed in the job posting includes eligible commissions in one year
