Direct Hire | Salary, Non-Exempt Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of new car hauling trailers, aftermarket parts, repairs, and warranty services. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer expectations are met throughout the entire sales and project lifecycle. The successful candidate will drive business development initiatives, build long-term customer relationships, manage strategic accounts, and support cross-functional execution of customer programs. This position requires extensive travel and a proven track record selling highly engineered products within a structured sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Minimum 10 years of successful sales and business development experience Experience selling engineered products, industrial equipment, or capital equipment Strong customer relationship management and account development skills Experience responding to RFQs and developing professional proposals and quotations Proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer strategies Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Demonstrated leadership competencies in results achievement, problem solving, and business acumen Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience selling car hauling trailers Commercial vehicle, transportation, or heavy-duty equipment industry experience Engineering background or strong technical aptitude Experience managing complex customer projects Knowledge of
