This role is responsible for developing and capturing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, and supporting the commercialization of Titomic's innovative cold spray and advanced coating solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial leadership experience within advanced manufacturing, industrial sales, or defense and technical markets and will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and strategic partners to strengthen Titomic's market position and support the continued growth of the company's U.S. operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to support company growth objectives. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across target industries and government sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, defense contractors, government agencies, and industry partners. Lead customer engagement activities including presentations, demonstrations, site visits, and contract discussions. Manage the sales process from opportunity development through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract finalization. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to align customer needs with Titomic's capabilities and strategic goals. Support commercialization initiatives for cold spray additive manufacturing and advanced coating technologies. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities. Represent Titomic at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM activity, and sales reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. 15+ years of business development, sales, or commercial leadership experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, or related technical industries. Proven ability to identify and capture new business opportunities. Experience managing complex sales cycles and technical solution-based selling. Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, industrial markets, or defense procurement environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional technical and operational teams. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additive manufacturing, cold spray, coatings, or advanced materials technologies. Background in aerospace, defense, transportation, oil and gas, or industrial manufacturing sectors. Familiarity with government contracting and defense procurement processes. Existing industry network within advanced manufacturing or defense markets.
