District Manager - Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Ready to Lead More Than One Restaurant? Ready to Make an Impact? We're looking for an experienced, people-focused District Manager who knows how to build strong teams, drive results, and create restaurants where employees want to work and guests want to return. As a District Manager, you won't simply oversee restaurants—you'll develop leaders, build your management bench, drive operational excellence, and influence the success of an entire market. Our District Managers set the tone for their teams by creating a culture of accountability, development, teamwork, and a Guests Come First mindset. What You'll Do As a District Manager, you will: Lead and support multiple restaurant locations within an assigned market. Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall financial performance. Coach General Managers on understanding and improving their P&L results. Maintain high standards for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Food Safety, and Guest Satisfaction . Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop strong restaurant management teams. Build bench strength by identifying and developing future leaders. Establish performance expectations and hold restaurant leadership accountable for results. Monitor staffing, turnover, retention, and management development throughout your district. Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational evaluations, and leadership meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, employment requirements, safety standards, and brand expectations. Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting, and other support teams to strengthen restaurant performance. Create an environment where employees are recognized, developed, and motivated to succeed. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is a proven multi-unit leader who can balance people, operations, and financial performance .
Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-unit restaurant management experience. Strong Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual leadership experience. Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers and other restaurant leaders. Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, sales growth, and controllable expenses. Experience recruiting, interviewing, and developing management talent. Ability to adapt your leadership and coaching style based on the situation and individual. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability and willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned market. Flexibility to work different days and dayparts based on business needs. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Wendy's experience is a plus, but not required.
